Playground 1 was created using a series of unique modular printing blocks, with traditional letterpress techniques. Inking them in different colours and rearranging them to produce endless possibilities of shape and composition. An abstract design reminiscent of children's building blocks.
Letterpressed in collaboration with printmaker Thomas Mayo on a 1970s Korrex letterpress proofing press with 300gsm Milk, Fedrigoni paper.
