PAYMENT AND DELIVERY
We accept secure payments electronically through Stripe or Paypal and send orders out within 5 working days of receipt of payment, subject to stock availability. We also offer a next day delivery service if you need your order more urgently. Please note that there may be a longer waiting period for products out of stock or that are custom made. If this is the case, we will contact you immediately. If your address details are different from the registered billing address with Paypal, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the correct delivery address, citing the email account your purchase was made with.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world, as long as it is covered by Airmail. Letters and Large Letters under 100g will be sent Royal Mail 1st Class Delivery. Large Letters and Parcels over 100g will be couriered with MyHermes, ParcelForce or DPD.
To qualify for Next Day Delivery you must place your order before 3pm and your parcel will be delivered before 1pm the following day. Orders placed on a Friday will be delivered on Monday before 1pm and orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be posted on Monday for delivery Tuesday before 1pm.
Please note some items may be subject to a fixed rate shipping due to their unusual size or weight.

Orders sent to non-EU countries may incur local duties and taxes. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount, therefore these are not included in your order and will need to be paid locally upon receipt.
Please contact your local customs office if you need further information before placing your order. Any charges incurred in the return of products where the duty is not paid will be deducted from the final return refund.
We have every confidence in our products. However, if you are in any way dissatisfied with your purchase, please return it to us within 14 days in its original condition, for a refund or replacement. In the event of goods arriving damaged or not as ordered, please inform us within 48 hours, and we will be happy to replace them.
We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc)
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Every effort has been taken to ensure descriptions, photographic reproductions and specifications of products are correct at time of going to press. The title of goods passes to the customer at the time of payment.
