Christmas Opening Hours
The shop will be closed from 1pm on Christmas Eve and will reopen as usual on Tuesday 3rd January 2017. We will be able to continue taking online orders over the holiday and these will be posted in the New Year.
Unfortunately due to strike action taken by the Post Office we will not be able to send items first class or special delivery on the 20th December 2016. Therefore the deadline for first class post has been brought forward to 3pm Monday 19th December 2016.
We accept secure payments electronically through Stripe or Paypal and send orders out within 5 working days of receipt of payment, subject to stock availability. If you need it quicker, we will do our very best to accommodate. Please note that there may be a longer waiting period for products out of stock or that are custom made. If this is the case, we will contact you immediately. If your address details are different from the registered billing address with Paypal, please send an email to email@example.com with the delivery address, citing your email account the purchase was made with.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world, as long as it is covered by Airmail. Letters. Large Letters and Small Parcels under 1kg will be sent Royal Mail 1st Class Delivery. Small Parcels over 1kg and all Medium or Large Parcels will be couriered with MyHermes.
To qualify for next day delivery you must place your order before 3pm and your parcel will be delivered before 1pm the following day with Royal Mail. Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be posted on Monday for delivery Tuesday before 1pm.

We have every confidence in our products. However, if you are in any way dissatisfied with your purchase, please return it to us within 14 days in its original condition, for a refund or replacement. In the event of goods arriving damaged or not as ordered, please inform us within 48 hours, and we will be happy to replace them.
We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc)
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Every effort has been taken to ensure descriptions, photographic reproductions and specifications of products are correct at time of going to press. The title of goods passes to the customer at the time of payment.
