PAYMENT AND DELIVERY

We accept secure payments electronically through Stripe, Apple Pay or Paypal and send orders out within 5 working days of receipt of payment, subject to stock availability. We also offer a next day delivery service if you need your order more urgently. Please note that there may be a longer waiting period for products out of stock or that are custom made. If this is the case, we will contact you immediately. If your address details are different from the registered billing address with Paypal, please send an email to shop@ofcabbagesandkings.co.uk with the correct delivery address, citing the email account your purchase was made with.

 

SHIPPING

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Most UK orders are shipped with Royal Mail or Evri, however depending on the size, contents and destination we may use alternative couriers such as ParcelForce or DPD.

Please call or email to arrange Next Day Delivery (UK only). While we will do our best to offer this service it may not always be possible.

Order before 1pm and your parcel will be delivered before 5pm the following day. See terms above.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

£16.00 - Flat Rate 

Of Cabbages and Kings does not collect VAT on non-UK customers behalf. When ordering from outside the UK, prices will be displayed at 20% less than the UK prices. Orders shipped outside the United Kingdom may be liable to taxes, duties, custom charges and extra fees charged by the courier company at destination. Payment will need to be made by the recipient and we cannot be held responsible for any charge once the package has been shipped from our London shop. Please note the custom process might incur additional delays. Should a parcel be refused at point of entry and charges left unpaid by the customer so that the parcel is sent back to us, we will refund the purchase less the shipping cost and charges occurred.

Please contact your local customs office if you need further information before placing your order. Any charges incurred in the return of products where the duty is not paid will be deducted from the final return refund.

Please note: We do not class a UK order as missing until 21 days from the date of dispatch. For orders outside of the UK, this period rises to 60 days from the date of dispatch.

 

CLICK AND COLLECT

We have recently teamed up with And So To Dream on Catherine Hill so our local Somerset customers can Click and Collect from Frome. Simply order online and select 'Click and Collect'' at check out. We will send confirmation as soon as your order is ready to collect. Please note that you will still need to add a shipping address when placing your order:

Collect your order from And So To Dream, 11 Catherine Hill, Frome, Somerset BA11 1BZ.

Opening times: 10am - 4.30pm Wednesday to Saturday (Please knock if the door is closed)

Just give your name and order number and your order should be behind the counter.

 

RETURNS

We have every confidence in our products. However, if you are in any way dissatisfied with your purchase, please return it to us within 14 days in its original condition, for a refund or replacement. In the event of goods arriving damaged or not as ordered, please inform us within 48 hours, and we will be happy to replace them.

We'll also pay the return shipping costs at the standard shipping rate.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

All photos and prices are guides. All prices are correct at time of printing. We reserve the right to increase prices. Every effort has been taken to ensure descriptions, photographic reproductions and specifications of products are correct at time of going to press. The title of goods passes to the customer at the time of payment.
